Residential Services
 Aside
from one time and seasonal treatments for
all household pests, we provide Residential
Service Programs. These programs
preventively address typically recurring
pest issues, such as Ants, Mice, Bees and
Wasps, Spiders, and a host of other unwanted
visitors. Our most popular program is our
Home Protection Plan, which provides
seasonal control of all common household
pests, (excluding Termites and vertebrates).
Your home is evaluated seasonally by one of
our technicians, who will provide the appropriate
treatment to ensure a pest free environment. If
necessary, problems arising between service calls
are resolved at no charge. The annual fee is fixed,
therefore no additional charges apply.
We have found this program to be the
most effective in maintaining a completely pest-free
environment for our home-owning customers. Call us

Home Protection Plan
(Quarterly)
The Home Protection Plan (HPP) service, our most popular plan, is comprised of an initial inspection and treatment followed by visits at 3-month intervals. The HPP is set up to provide complete control and prevention of all the pests listed below within 15 feet of structure, with the exception of termites, powder post beetles, bats, bedbugs, squirrels, and animals that need to be trapped. If you have any problems in between visits, we will come out hassle-free for no additional charge.

Tri-Annual Plan
(Tri-Annual)
Although not as comprehensive as the Home Protection Plan, the tri-annual service offers protection against all types of ants, mice, bees, wasps, earwigs, crickets, wood roaches, millipedes, and centipedes. If you experience any unwanted pests covered under the plan between visits, we will come out at no additional charge. What is not covered; pantry pests, spiders, silverfish, any type of flies.
Semi-Annual Plan
(Semi-Annual)
The semi-annual plan, our most basic regular service plan, is ideal for home and business owners who have an ongoing problem with ants, mice and other "occasional invaders" such as earwigs, crickets, millipedes, wood roaches, centipedes, and millipedes. Unlike the tri-annual plan, the semi-annual does not include bees and wasps. However, being covered under the semi-annual plan still entitles you to our same hassle-free, no-charge visits should any problems arise between scheduled services.
